Hi, I’m Heather Braman, a licensed massage therapist! Some years ago I adopted the name “Stormie” as it much better fits my love for adventure, nature, and the great outdoors.

My journey into massage therapy began ever since I was young with my interest in the medical field. My father, who is a doctor, would come home and tell me about his experiences helping people. Many of my family members have built careers in medicine, and I admire those who choose to dedicate their lives to making a difference in quality of life. Massage captured my heart because it is an alternative form of care to our broken medical system. It is a tangible way to help people who are stressed, injured, or suffering in some way to start their recovery or begin self care.

My Approach

I want to treat the whole person when I do a massage. The mind and body are so interconnected. Often trauma or stress is stored in the muscles or fascia. I want my clients to feel safe and accepted as they are. I do not see myself as a healer, but simply a facilitator, a channel through which the body is able to help heal itself. I want my clients to always know their pain, symptoms, and needs matter. I can adjust what I do to meet whatever pressure/pain level or style my client needs.

The Dream

I want clients to feel cared for, empowered, and healthier! The goal is to inspire you to get back out there doing what you love - to go create and live your dreams.

The reality

Healing and care take time. Be patient with yourself and your body. The fact that you’re reading this means you care enough to begin the road to bettering yourself.
